- In-house PCR testing for sick visits, when clinically appropriate
- When antibiotics are needed, leave with medication in hand—skip the pharmacy!
*After-hours care is provided by the on-call team; response times and appointment availability vary. For emergencies, call 911.

Our concierge program grew from patients asking for something simple: more time, easier access, and a team who knows them. A smaller membership panel gives us room to listen, understand your priorities, and plan care around your life.
At the heart of our practice is Seva: selfless service, offered with compassion and respect.
We bring together family medicine and a whole-person approach, considering your symptoms alongside sleep, nutrition, stress, and daily habits. When appropriate, targeted testing helps us explore contributing factors and explain your options.

At SEVA, concierge medicine means membership-based primary care with more time for your questions, a personal prevention plan, and easier communication with your care team. Gurvinder Mangat, MD, and Shannon Mangat, FNP-C, care for members from our Parker office.
Primary membership is $2,999 per year or $299 per month. Membership supports enhanced access and non-covered services; it does not replace health insurance. Covered medical care may still be billed to insurance.
